Breakfast

- American pancakes (four American pancakes, served with maple syrup and seasonal fruit
- Omelets with vegetables, or with salmon and cheese
Lunch/brunch/snack or dinner
- Burrata (served on an arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and olive oil)
- Mozzarella di Bufala (served on an arugula salad with sealed tomatoes, olive oil, honey and prosciutto)
- Bruschetta (Toast, tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano, anchovies, and olive oil)
- Chicken tortilla wraps (chicken fillet sticks, wrapped in tortillas)
